E-Liquid Preparation
First, add 9ml of flavor concentrate into 100ml of Nbase and mix until it turns white.
After mixing, leave the bottle open with the cap off for about 6 hours.
Afterward, close the cap and let it steep for 21 days.
All processes should be performed at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
