E-Liquid Preparation
First, add 9ml of flavor concentrate to 100ml of Nbase and mix until it turns cloudy white.
After mixing, let it sit with the cap open for about 6 hours.
Then, close the cap and let it steep for 21 days.
All steps should be performed at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
