The Eleaf EC Coil is a classic, replaceable atomizer head developed for the iJust and MELO tank families, utilizing Kanthal heating wire. It is available in 0.3Ω and 0.5Ω options to support a variety of power ranges.
The Eleaf EC series was developed for the brand's long-standing MELO and iJust tank platforms. The classic EC 0.3Ω and EC 0.5Ω models feature Kanthal heating wire.
According to Eleaf's manufacturer specifications, the EC Head contains dual heating wires positioned vertically in parallel. This structure is designed to perform optimally within high power ranges.
Resistance: 0.3Ω
Material: Kanthal
An EC Coil option designed for higher wattage usage and a more intense vapor character.
Resistance: 0.5Ω
Material: Kanthal
One of the classic Eleaf EC Coil options offering a wide operational range.

According to Eleaf's official compatibility information, the classic EC Coil series is primarily used with the MELO and iJust tank families.
Unscrew the old coil from the tank base and clean the contact points.
Insert the new EC Coil properly into its base and tighten it completely.
Fill the tank with suitable e-liquid and wait for the coil wick to absorb the liquid.
Start using it at a low power setting and gradually increase to your preferred level.
Eleaf's own usage guidelines explicitly state that the coil cotton must be sufficiently saturated with e-liquid before the first use. Very thick e-liquids with low fluidity may slow down the wicking process, so it is important to monitor liquid intake during use.
The package contains 5 Eleaf EC Coils of the same resistance value as selected.
